Tranquility Aromatherapy Returns and Refunds Policy

If your item is received and is not required for whatever reason we will be pleased to accept the item back into stock provided that we are notified within 5 working days of receipt. To arrange a return, email/ message through any of our contact routes to obtain a returns number and we will supply you with the address for the items to be returned to.

Provided that these items are received in an undamaged and re-saleable state in their original packaging, we will refund your account up to the value of the goods returned (excludes postage and package) . Please note that we are unable to cover return postage costs for items which are not sent out in error.
